Empower & Express:  A 10-Week Educational and Support Journey for Parents and Caregivers of Neurodivergent Youth Through Creative Arts Workshops

Back

Join us Tuesday's in a safe and supportive environment for parents and caregivers using art modalities to explore their emotions, experiences and challenges.

The objective of this program is to
provide an empowering and supportive space
for parents and caregivers of young people
facing the challenges of ADD/ADHD/ASD,
particularly those struggling with school related
difficulties, such as school refusal or
"school can't." The program aims to empower
participants to show up stronger, wiser, and
more empowered for their Young People by
fostering a sense of community connection,
support and self-discovery of inner resources
through expressive arts therapy.
