The Noosa North Shore ferry service operates every day of the year and connects passengers from the river end of Moorindil Street, Tewantin, across to Maximillion Road, Noosa North Shore.

Change of operations July 2024
Council outsources the operations of the ferry service via a commercial service agreement and sets the hours of operation and fares. From July 2024 the ferry service will be transitioning to a new provider, after council awarded the new contract to Divers Den Investments Pty Ltd (Entrada Travel Group).
The new operator is providing new, larger capacity ferries, as well as the capacity for online ticket purchases and cash and card payments on board. The new website (coming soon) will provide for online ticket purchases soon after the ferries transitions are completed.
Infrastructure for the new service will also be installed during June & July 2024, with slight delays on these days, and where possible, these works will be planned outside of peak times.
