Infrastructure charges

Infrastructure charges are triggered and issued on development approvals in accordance with Council’s Charges Resolution as a contribution towards the cost of providing "trunk" infrastructure to service development.

Onsite car parking contributions

Information can be found in the Contributions in lieu of the provision of onsite car parking policy.
