As-Constructed Guidelines

On completion of physical works and prior to asset handover, “As-Constructed” (also known as “As-Built”) bundle of information must be provided to Council. This information is used to indicate the asset locations and alignments (survey), including other approved changes in asset types or construction methods that may have been carried out during the operational works phase when compared to the approved designs.

The final “As-Constructed” data should accurately reflect material types, specifications and other asset-specific information. The package shall include “As-Constructed” plans depicting civil infrastructure and assets along with an accompanying compliant ADAC XML Digital File.
