As-Constructed Drawings

The presentation and content of As-Constructed drawing submissions are to be completed in accordance with Council standards [234KB].

Final As-Constructed drawings are to be provided to Council in both electronic (.DWG) format and hard-copy PDFs (printed copies of the digital files). Plans are to be clearly marked-up and stamped as “As-Constructed” and legibly certified. Certifications shall include:

  1. Registered Engineer (RPEQ Qualification) certifying accuracy relative to engineering details, design standards and asset descriptions;  and
  2. Registered Cadastral Surveyor (Qld) certifying locational accuracy with regard to physical features and assets, cadastral information, contours, levels and the relevant survey datum.

Providers are encouraged to use the drawing template provided to assist with meeting Council’s presentation standards. Note: The downloadable file is a .DWG file that can be opened in specialised computer aided (CAD) drafting programs.
