Mindfulness Walk and Meditation - Pomona

Join us on Sunday for a walk through your local community and reconnect back into nature by a meditation led guide with a coffee afterwards.

Leave your overthinking, anxiety and stress behind and step into world of relaxation, and soothing feelings of calm, care and connection.

Enjoy a 20 minute easy walk at Cooroora Creek Park, followed by a 20 minute seated guided meditation, 15 minute discussion and then an optional get together at Spilled Beans cafe.

Chairs are supplied. Your $5 fee covers a small drink at Spilled Beans cafe, Pomona.

Experience a unique opportunity to combine healthy walking with meditation to support both you physical and mental health.

  • Unplug, unwind, restore and press reset through walking meditation.

 

  • After walking be guided in a seated meditation with a focus on self-love, self-care and self-compassion.

 

  • Connect afterwards for a hot or cold drink, enjoying the company of like-minded individuals.
