Are you craving calm within the chaos of motherhood? We recognise how challenging the role of motherhood can be with constant demands for attention, a rollercoaster of emotions, and feelings of overwhelm. The mum’s meditation resilience program gives you tools to weave into a busy day, even when you feel like you don’t have time. Learn how to work with breath and meditation to regulate your nervous system to find calm in the most challenging moments as well as connect with other mums and share in experience.

Facilitator, Di Morrison is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, a devoted mother, and an advocate for using simple practices that make a big difference. Di says: “These practices helped me reduce stress and find more joy in motherhood so I am excited to share them with other mums and bring women into connection”

  • Series of 4 x 90 minute workshops
  • Connect with other mums, find the joy in motherhood and breathe more calm into your day
  • Mums or dads are welcome

Optional Group Counselling:

These sessions have kindly been hosted by The Spring Hub in Tewantin and will provide an opportunity to also partake in optional group counselling for mums once the formal Meditation session ends each week, at a small cost of $5 per session.

Mums can connect and share their experiences in the challenges of motherhood in a safe environment with Karen Raison, a qualified counsellor who has supported many women and families over the years.

The Spring Hub is a new safe and inclusive space where people with disabilities can come together for social engagement and inclusive, skill building activities. Founder, Karen Disney, has kindly provided the space that is pram and baby friendly for the use of the new meditation and resilience workshops series for mums and bubs and hopes to build a deeper connection with local community. If you or someone you know has a disability then please feel free to read more on their website
