Join a wide range of ages for some connection within and without as you practice Yoga with local community. A well rounded class, that will help maintain strength, flexibility and mobility. A functional approach ensuring balance, fostering bone density with plenty of options to rest. There is a focus on creating steadiness and ease in the body and mind.
All welcome; no previous Yoga experience necessary
