Join us every Friday morning to improve Balance, Flexibility and Strength to reduce the risk of Falls

Low to moderate intensity movement programme incorporating the use of a chair. Session involves a cardiac vascular component followed by strengthening exercises of the upper and lower limbs before progressing to balance exercises. We begin to slow down with a cognitive game stretching, before finishing with mindful breathing.
