Join us on Tuesday for a unique opportunity to combine healthy walking with meditation to support both you physical and mental health plus a free coffee afterwards.
Leave your overthinking, anxiety and stress behind and step into world of relaxation, and soothing feelings of calm, care and connection.
Enjoy a 20 minute easy walk along Noosa river, followed by a 20 minute seated guided meditation, 15 minute discussion and then an optional get together at River Read cafe.
Please bring your own outdoor/camping chair or yoga mat. Your $5 fee covers a small drink at River Read cafe.
