Enjoy this energising and uplifting yoga experience every Monday at 9am, as we move through a series of postures and pranayama breathing techniques that will cultivate core well-being, strength and tranquillity. This gentle yet effective class focuses on improving overall stability by energising the body and calming the mind, guiding you to find your centre and radiate vitality.
