Breath and Meditation - Cooroy

Join us Thursday nights in Cooroy as we learn simple tools and techniques to help navigate the pressures of everyday life, especially when we are feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

Final 2024 Class is Thursday 12th December 2024

This project has been jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements, which ends on 31st December 2024 

The class will restart on 29th January at $5 participation fee , under the Living Well Noosa initiative. 

In these sessions you will:

• Move your body to release stress and tension;

• Harness the power of your breath to relax your body and clear your mind; and

• Learn simple meditation techniques to cultivate techniques to cultivate a calm state of being.

You are welcome to drop in for one or more
sessions, and you don’t need to reserve a
spot. Everyone is welcome and no previous
experience of breathwork or meditation is
necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing
and bring a yoga mat and cushion.
