Serenity Walk and Meditation - Boreen Point
Join us on Sunday for a walk through your local community and reconnect back into nature by a meditation led guide with a coffee afterwards.
Leave your overthinking, anxiety and stress behind and step into world of relaxation, and soothing feelings of calm, care and connection.
Enjoy a 20 minute easy walk at Boreen Field Park, followed by a 20 minute seated guided meditation, 15 minute discussion and then an optional get together at the Apollonian afterwards.
Please bring your own outdoor/camping chair or yoga mat. Your $5 fee covers a coffee/tea at The Apollonian.
