Yoga Qigong (Chi-Gung) is designed to cultivate awareness and resolve stress, both physical and psychological. YQ is a system combining body-friendly aspects of traditional yoga disciplines, with techniques adapted from Qigong, Tai Chi, and Pilates suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. It develops quiet strength, flexibility, and balance. The formal practice of Yoga Qigong leads organically into a very harmonious state and lifestyle.
