Starting Tue 21st Jan 2025: a guided walking meditation along Noosa River followed by a seated meditation and discussion and optional tea/coffee

STARTING TUESDAY 21ST JANUARY 2025

Leave your overthinking, anxiety and stress behind and step into world of relaxation, and soothing feelings of calm, care and connection.

Enjoy a 20 minute easy walk along Noosa river, followed by a 20 minute seated guided meditation, 15 minute discussion and then an optional get together at River Read cafe.

This event is suitable for people who have never meditated before as well as experienced meditators.

Please bring your own outdoor/camping chair or yoga mat.

Contribution $5 per walk
