School holiday fun at the libraries
Looking for something to do for the second week of the holidays? Why not visit the local libraries for some free crafty teen and kid fun?
For the teens, there's Steampunk jewellery workshops, with offerings of old machinery that are blended together to make unique one-offs that can do nothing but impress.
Cogs and wheels, watch parts and old lace, a hot glue gun and plenty of imagination merge to create wonderful pieces that can only be described as Victorian era meets 21st Century.
These wonderful workshops will be held at 10am on Tuesday 15 April at Noosaville Library and Thursday 17 April at Cooroy Library.
Other events at Noosaville Library include Pet Rocks and Story Stones on Tuesday, and Wow! Writers on Wednesday.
Cooroy Library is also hosting Making Dreamcatchers on Monday, Wow! Writers on Wednesday, and Pre-school Storytime.
Make sure to call the libraries soon to book places for your kids for these great workshops.
