Learn to swim these holidays at Noosa Aquatic Centre

Back

The School Summer Holiday Learn to Swim Intensive Program will be on again soon at the Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC).

The Swim Intensive Program is highly effective for children of all ages because swimming skills are taught and reinforced every day for a week.

The program is also a great way to accelerate swimming skill development during the school holiday break for children who attend weekly lessons during term.

The classes are held between 8am and 11.30am during December and January.

Learn to Swim Intensive Program dates:

WEEK 1:                Monday 14 - Friday 18 December 2015

WEEK 2:                Monday 21 - Thursday 24 December 2015 (4 day week)

WEEK 3:                Monday 4 -   Friday 8 January 2016

WEEK 4:                Monday 11 - Friday 15 January 2016

WEEK 5:                Monday 18 - Friday 22 January 2016

All participants are required to undergo a quick, free swimming assessment before starting the series, (unless they already participate in a NAC Learn to Swim Programme) and can play for free for as long as they want afterwards.

A Baby Splash Program is also available over the school holidays commencing in January,  for children from 3 to 6 months of age. The program helps develop muscles, coordination, strength, buoyancy, problem solving and mobility in water, breath control and confidence.

The program is fun for parents too.

Inflatable Fun will open daily between 12-3pm.
