Council signs off festive funding

Popular Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Australia Day events have shared in $41,700 worth of funds in Council’s 2015 Festive Season Grants program.
Festive Season Grants support festive events, held across the shire, that are open to the public and free of charge.
This year’s grants will support riverside Australia Day festivities, Christmas carol events at Cooroy, Noosaville, Tewantin, Peregian Beach, Kin Kin and Pomona, and New Year’s Eve events at Tewantin and Lake Cootharaba.
