Council's May 7 Ordinary Meeting to be held at Cooran

Noosa Council will hold its May 7 Ordinary Meeting at Cooran.

It’s a chance for the hinterland community to experience a Council meeting and chat to councillors.

The meeting will be held at the Cooran Hall, 14 King Street, Cooran, from 6pm.

Residents are invited to attend from 5pm to meet and talk to Mayor Noel Playford, Noosa councillors and senior staff.

“Recently we held an Ordinary Meeting at Peregian Beach, and prior to that, Pomona. Both were a great success with many people joining us for the evening,” Cr Playford said.

“I look forward to meeting the Cooran residents who come along on May 7.”

The meeting will begin at 6pm at Cooran Hall, 14 King Street, Cooran, Thursday, 7 May.

There will be further meet-and-greet opportunities after the meeting.
