Be a clever bunny this Easter and hop on board a free Noosa holiday bus
Avoid the stress of driving around looking for a car park this Easter - catch a free bus instead.
Noosa Council has once again joined with TransLink to provide free Noosa bus services over the busy Easter period.
Hop on board and enjoy Noosa’s beaches, attractions, shopping and dining without the hassle of finding a car park.
From Friday 3 April to Sunday 12 April all local Noosa Sunbus services are free to all residents and visitors (with the exception of Routes 620, 622, 630 & 631).
The free holiday buses are designed to reduce traffic congestion in the Noosa region and to encourage people to give public transport a go. Free services include:
Regular services:
- Route 626 - Sunrise Beach to Tewantin
- Route 627 - Sunshine Beach to Tewantin
- Route 628 - Noosa Junction to Noosa Parklands
- Route 629 - Noosa Junction to Tewantin
- Route 632 - Cooran to Noosa Junction
Additional temporary service:
Route 064 - between Peregian Beach and Noosa Heads
For residents living between Peregian and Noosa, instead of catching Route 620, the temporary service, Route 064 (operated by Sunbus) is for you.
The Boreen Point Flexilink service and Noosa Council Cabs services will also be free from 3 to 12 April (normal booking procedures apply).
Generally, a weekend timetable will operate on most public holidays.
Timetables are available at Translink or call 13 12 30 anytime.
