Date set for 2016 Noosa Show holiday

Noosa Council has declared Friday, September 9, 2016 the date for next year’s Noosa Country Show public holiday.
The Noosa Country Show is proposed for September 9 and 10 in 2016. It’s traditionally held on the second Friday and Saturday in September.
Council will write to the Treasurer and Minister for Employment and Industrial Relations to have the date officially declared a public holiday for Noosa Shire.
This year’s Noosa Country Show public holiday is Friday, September 11, with the show taking place on September 11 and 12 in 2015.
