New "One Stop Shop" for Council Building and Plumbing

From Monday 15th September, Noosa Council's building and plumbing departments will be housed under the same roof at "The Depot" on Eumundi-Noosa Road, opposite Bunnings.

The move will improve customer service by providing a "one-stop-shop" with dedicated customer parking for contractors, certifiers, consultants and anyone who wishes to obtain information, technical advice or pick up an application for building or plumbing approval.

The Depot is an existing Council property site that has undergone renovations to accommodate the two departments, which had formerly been located in separate buildings at the Council's main site at Tewantin.

Council's Manager of Building and Plumbing Services said to celebrate our new premises opening and to familiarise our customers with our new location, they are holding a sausage sizzle from 8am-11am on Monday September 15.

"We look forward to seeing our regular customers there."
