Mayor's Christmas Appeal
The Mayor’s Christmas Appeal seeks your support to help local charities bring festive cheer to Noosa families who’ve done it tough in 2024.
The housing crisis and rising cost of living have made for a very tough year for many residents.
Your donated presents, gift cards, vouchers for stationery - to supports parents in covering the cost of back-to-school supplies - and non-perishable food items will greatly help our local charities to give struggling families a Christmas to remember.
The appeal supports the work of Salvation Army Noosa, St Vincent de Paul Noosa, Santa’s Classy Helpers, Youturn and Sunny Kids.
All donations are greatly appreciated. Please attach a note to wrapped gifts indicating the appropriate age and gender.
Donations can be provided to each of the charities directly (see details below) or dropped off at:
-
Tewantin-Noosa RSL Club, Memorial Avenue, Tewantin.
-
Council’s offices, 9 Pelican Street, Tewantin.

Please drop-off donated items by Friday, December 20, to allow time for distribution.
